Code Level 6 Certification Awarded for Zero Carbon House

Speller Metcalfe are proud to announce that formal certification for the Tindal Street Zero Carbon House in Mosely, Birmingham has been now been awarded by the BRE. This makes it the first project in the UK to achieve the highest level of certificate partly utilising an existing building within its structure.
