Zero Carbon Challenge - 12 March 2010
Posted by: Speller Metcalfe  tags:

The Small Works team are currently working  on one of the most challenging Environmental Projects ever undertaken in the UK. Working with Associated Architects, SpellerMetcalfe are part refurbishing and part rebuilding a Victorian semi-detached house in the middle of a residential street in Birmingham. By using innovative building methods and materials they will transform the 2 bed house into a 4 bedroom family house with a studio loft space. The project has 3 aims; to be an exemplar carbon neutral family house; to reuse an existing building; and to be an exemplar of high quality architecture.

Progress on the project will be regularly updated on our website.
